Danielle Kelli

Welcome!

I am a dedicated wife and Momma. I spend my days doing a plethora of activities with our two girls, B and L. My husband, our girls, and pup, like to get outside and be in nature whether that is hiking, snow skiing/boarding, or water skiing. 

I have always had a passion for nurturing others and fitness. I spent my childhood playing outside with my two brothers or in the gymnastics gym. Later, in High School my time was spent with the diving team and running track. Then, God blessed me with the opportunity to run track at the United States Air Force Academy. 

The past couple of years my focus has been on nurturing our two littles, adjusting to a new normal while always learning something new, and sharing newly discovered knowledge, resources, and expert referrals with others. It has been an ever evolving exploration of my needs, as well as my family’s needs in each ebb and flow of life’s seasons. 

Intentional Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness through physical rehab and quality movements should be the standard of care for all. If you are looking for someone to help you stay accountable and nurture lifestyle changes, then I would love to work with you!

I am a BIRTHFIT Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My background is in behavioral sciences and human performance research assessing physical and cognitive parameters.
