1:1 Consultation

Exploration of values, fears, and desires surrounding conception, pregnancy, birth, and/or postpartum. An intimate conversation and follow-up guide to cultivate new avenues through the parenthood transition.

Prenatal Training

Perfect for those 13-27 weeks. Includes an introduction to the BIRTHFIT Basics, Breath work, and creating a practice of movement. Moving with intention and connect from your heart.

Postpartum Training

Ideal for those who have given birth in the last six weeks to a year (vaginal or cesarean), and/or has had a baby. Postpartum is forever. Intentional rehab creating a foundation for your preferred method of movement.
