BIRTHFIT Basics Postpartum Series is a total body and mind rehab program focusing on core and pelvic floor. We truly heal from the inside out! This is designed to be completed prior to any other movement program, exercise class/camp, or running.
A safe space to honor your body and mind as it heals with continued education, connection, and quality movements. Focus will be on integrating the BIRTHFIT Basic poses and movements as well as bodyweight movements while bringing awareness to our breath while creating stability, coordinating muscles, and connective tissues. We will converse with our bodies and listen.
This class will meet twice a week for 4 weeks (8 classes).
